1. Cancellation:

• You may cancel your enrollment within 24 Hours of purchase by contacting us at admin@genworkforcesolutions.com.
   

2. Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued only for cancellations made within the refund window of 24 hours.

• No refunds will be provided after 24 hours unless exceptional circumstances apply, subject to our discretion.
   

3. Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
